Cocoa Powder
Cocoa Powder is an unsweetened chocolate product, add rich flavour and colour to our desserts, cakes and beverages. Cocoa powder occurs when the fat known as cocoa butter gets removed from the cocoa beans during processing. The remaining dried solids residue is grounded to form cocoa powder.
