Homogenised Tobacco Leaf (HTL) Paper is obtained from finely grounded natural tobacco to be applied to cigar wrapping. HTL has a genuine tobacco flavour and savoury aroma. HTL is a widely used to substitute cigarette paper and tobacco leaf binder on cigars.
